Over the last few years the Indian government has been promoting a drive to raise cleaning standards throughout the Indian subcontinent. As such many businesses are starting to look at their own cleaning standards, and are sadly discovering the standards are not adequate.
One such business – a very large international manufacturing business – approached our partners in India to audit their manufacturing plant. Working jointly with our partners we established the auditing protocols and provided a full auditing guide, and over a course of several days the plant was systematically inspected and results recorded.
When auditing a complex site with different and varying working conditions, it is essential to establish a series of protocols with which you can establish benchmarks and expected standards, but do so objectively.
