Our independence from any manufacturer and supplier and any other company within the cleaning industry is one of our central tenets – we believe it is the only way to give truly unbiased advice. With this at heart, we were able to provide full auditing services to a couple of very large companies who had outsourced their cleaning requirements. These companies had noticed cleaning standards were getting progressively worse, to the point of terminating the cleaning contract. However, with no set cleaning specification there was effectively no contractual breach and therefore no reasonable grounds for early termination. What these companies needed was a third party to come in and make an independent assessment of the cleaning standards, particularly on making a fair assessment on what are ‘reasonable’ standards of cleaning and what is not.
