Another facility, based in London, under went a complete new build of their cold storage of package food produce, ready to be shipped out to the customer. This facility housed one of the largest and tallest subzero food storage facility in the country at that time. The nature of our work was how to advise the client how to access and clean the internally insulated walls and ceilings that was coated with building site dusts, greases and exhaust deposits, to high risk hygiene standards – All done at minus 10 degrees centigrade and with rows of storage racks and other obstacles in the way. This required a novel cleaning method (cleaning equipment and technique) and cleaning product, as well as careful consideration with access.
